Nobody wants to do an eviction. It’s a lose -lose situation between the landlord and tenant. But the longer you wait, the more you lose and the greater your tenant gains. The cost of lost rent is your greatest expense. Eagle Movers offers a civil, liability-free way of getting rid of bad tenants. We’ve been working with landlords, attorneys and sheriff departments throughout Wisconsin for over 50 years. We know how to get the job done quickly and effectively.
Eagle Movers performs evictions statewide, including Milwaukee, Racine, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, and Winnebago Counties. We have close working relationship with the sheriff departments in these counties, so that we are able to expedite and execute eviction actions promptly.
Owners Tom, David and Jim Brittain or a senior manager work and supervise every eviction. Due to the volatility, liability and potential hazards of this type of move, we always have experienced, trained employees on your evictions.
The three Brittain brothers are also long-time property managers and landlords and combined, have accumulated many years of experience in this business.
Click below for links to forms and information about executing your own evictions. Please call Tom Jim or David Brittain if you have any questions or need assistance in your eviction action. We are happy to help you navigate the procedural aspect of doing your own eviction. Whether you are a “mom and pop” landlord or an attorney working in a large corporate office, feel free to call us at 414-383-1776 with your questions..
